Founder Taylor Gamboa created Greenhaus Coffee after more than a decade in the food and beverage industry, driven by a deep passion for exceptional coffee, tea, and thoughtfully sourced ingredients.

With a special love for single-origin coffees, Greenhaus Coffee highlights the unique flavors and stories behind each region and farm. The menu also features farm-to-cup, Japanese-cultivated matcha, honoring the meticulous care, tradition, and precision that Japanese farmers dedicate
to every harvest to ensure exceptional quality and flavor.
